Fairground Reimagined: Animated Edition Official Contest Rules
Oct 19th, 2026 ·
1. Agreement
NO ENTRY FEE AND NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
These Official Rules ("Rules") apply to the Fairground Reimagined and prizes contest ("Contest") described on the Contest Page. By entering, you agree to these Rules and to the Fairground Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (the "Fairground Terms"). The Fairground Terms govern all entries, rights and payments. These Rules only add the Contest-specific terms below.
2. Sponsor and Eligibility
The Contest are run solely by Fairground Entertainment ("Fairground") and awards all prizes.
To enter, you must be at least 18, hold a Fairground Creator Portal account in good standing, and not live where the Contests are prohibited or restricted by U.S. sanctions. Employees and contractors of Fairground, and their immediate families and households, may not enter. For team entries, the person who submits accepts these Rules for the whole team.
3. How to Enter
Submit your film through the Fairground Creator Portal by 11:59 PM Pacific Time on Thursday, November 19, 2026. Late entries and entries sent any other way are not accepted. Each entry must meet the creative and technical requirements on the Contest Page, which form part of these Rules.
Every entry must comply with the content rules in the Fairground Terms and all requirements listed on the Contest Page. You must have the right to every element of your entry, including any music, IP and Trademarks. Fairground may disqualify any entry that it believes breaks these Rules or the Fairground Terms.
4. Judging and Prizes
Winners are chosen by a panel of judges selected by Fairground, based on creativity, storytelling, and visual and technical quality. This is a contest of skill, not chance. Judges' decisions are final. Fairground may choose not to award a prize if too few qualifying entries are received.
Prizes are listed on the Contest Page, are paid in U.S. dollars, and cannot be transferred. Potential winners will be notified through their Creator Portal email and must confirm eligibility and complete any required forms within 30 days, or the prize may go to the next-ranked entry. Winners are responsible for all taxes on their prizes.
5. Rights and Payments
Rights. All rights in your entry, including ownership and any license to Fairground, are governed solely by the Fairground Terms. Entering a Contest does not grant any additional rights to Fairground or to anyone else. Any use of your entry for judging, promotion or distribution is made under the Fairground Terms.
Payments. All prizes and any revenue-share payments are paid by Fairground under the payment terms of the Fairground Terms, including payout methods, timing and required tax forms. Keep your Creator Portal details up to date. For team entries, Fairground pays only the person who submitted.
6. General Terms
You confirm that your entry is your own work and that you hold all rights needed to submit it. You release Fairground from claims arising from your participation, and you agree to cover any claim that your entry infringes someone else's rights.
Fairground may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these Rules, and may revoke a prize if a violation is found after it is awarded. If fraud or technical problems affect a Contest, Fairground may modify, suspend or cancel it and post the change on the Contest Page.
Disputes are handled under the dispute-resolution and governing-law terms of the Fairground Terms. Questions: Creators@Fairground.tv.
