Once your film lands in our portal, it doesn’t just sit in a digital pile. Our dedicated review team watches every single submission.

If there’s a match, we’ll reach out directly to gather the necessary details for release and get your film in front of an audience.
If it’s not a match, we’ll keep your work in mind for future opportunities.
2 | Requirements
What are the video submission requirements?
Make sure your video meets the required technical specifications before submitting. This helps ensure your content can be successfully reviewed, processed, and distributed.
Technical Specifications
The following technical specifications are preferred. Submissions that don't meet these exactly will still be considered, but adherence is strongly encouraged.
File Type: .mp4 or .mov
Resolution: HD (1920 x 1080)
Length: 3+ minutes
Codec: H.264 or ProRes
Bitrate: 10 Mbps
Frame Rate: 23.976, 24.000, 25.000, 29.970, or 30 fps
Audio: AAC, 48kHz, Stereo (preferred)
All submissions must be made via the Fairground portal. Before submitting, you are strongly encouraged to ensure you have a profile set up on the Fairground portal — or create one if you haven't already.
3 | The "Not Yet" Phase
What if my film isn’t selected immediately?
A "no" today isn't necessarily a "no" forever. The distribution landscape is always shifting, and so are our needs.
The Archive
We keep your submission on file. We often revisit previous submissions when new opportunities or themed programming blocks arise.
Future-Proofing
Just because it doesn’t fit our current slate doesn’t mean it won't be the perfect fit for a project down the road.

8 | MONETIZATION & PAYOUTS
If selected, how does payment work?
For any payment owed based on distribution of your content and the revenue share listed in our Terms and Conditions, once revenue data and reporting is available we will provide a payment report and issue the necessary funds.

Payments mirror the reporting mentioned above, so payment and reporting can
be expected 60–120 days after the initial month of distribution ends.
9 | PROGRAMMING LIFECYCLE
Lastly, if my content is selected for distribution, how long will it air?
While there is no hard and fast rule regarding how long your content may appear on our
service, we actively review key metrics of all content and employ Dynamic Scheduling
throughout each month.

Well-performing content can receive more optimal time slots on our schedule, while underperforming content may be removed.
Continuous Introductions & Transparency
With any television channel, new content is consistently
introduced. While this means some content must be removed from the schedule, we are building out tools that better tell you when your content is premiering and removed to maintain as much transparency as possible.
