FAQ

This August, Fairground is launching its FAST channels on 5+ platforms — and we're celebrating with our biggest competition yet. We're calling on the world's most creative AI filmmakers to submit their best work across three categories, with $5,000 up for grabs in each.

Every winning entry also receives 50% of all revenue generated by their film and prime positioning on Fairground's new FAST channel. And even if you don't place, any content submitted is still eligible for distribution and revenue share — so there's no downside to entering.

Getting Started

Three Categories

True Crime Stories

Based on Fairground's True Crime Stories, this category is looking for the most compelling true-crime content —

gripping, well-researched, and hard to look away from.

The Best of AI Season 3

Looking for the top AI films — any genre, any style. If you're pushing the boundaries of what AI filmmaking can do, this is your category.

World Building and Innovation

For films that have built out the best new worlds and shown the true potential of AI cinema. We want to see original universes, bold visual ideas, and genuine innovation.

Prizes

Each of the three categories above will award prizes as follows:

Place

Prize

🥇 1st Place

$5,000

🥈 2nd Place

$2,500

🏅 3rd Place

$1,000

In addition to prize money, every winning entry receives 50% of all revenue generated from distribution and prime

placement on Fairground's new FAST channel.

The Creator Bonus: Even if you don't take home a top prize, any content submitted to Fairground portal is eligible for our revenue-share program. If selected for our distribution platforms, you will receive 50% of all revenue generated by your work!

Don't Win? You Could Still Get Distributed.

Every submission is eligible for consideration for distribution to our streaming partners — even if you don't place.

Films selected for distribution will earn revenue share, meaning your work could still find its audience and generate

income long after the competition closes.
